Having achieved more than 200 oil depots, the business scope of CEI has radiated 21 provinces(municipality) with Ulanchabu of Inner Mongolia to the north, Sansha City of Hainan Province to the south, Lhasa City of Tibet Autonomous Region to the west and Shanghai to the East. After the year 2000, typical achievements cover 7 depots with a scale of more than 1 million cubic meters, 10 with 350,000 to 700,000, and 21 with 100,000 to 300,000.

The crude oil storage: Holding complete engineering technology and practical experiences, CEI is leading the way in the design of large oil storage tank and has completed individual tank of 150,000M3 and in the position to design individual tank of 200,000M3.

The products oil storage: Much experienced in complete engineering design technology, CEI has edited Construction Standards for Products Oil Storage, and Standard Design for Products Oil Storage Construction (version 2010) by CNPC.
