Now CEI have more than 1,260 employees, including one national design master, four provincial design master, thirteen experts enjoying government subsidies of the State Council, fourteen senior technical expert of CNPC, and 377 people with senior titles. 31% of them have master degree or above.  Now we have formed a well-structured contingent of qualified professionals supported by senior experts, with young professionals as the main body. The number of national registered engineers and special qualified personnel make up a large proportion of our staff, ranking high among our counterparts.
