According to Opinions on Further Establishing and Improving the Long-term Mechanism of Full Staff Participation in Poverty Alleviation (CNPC Party Committee [2009] 124) and Notice on Deploying Company's Activities of Contributing Love to Poverty Alleviation (CNPC No. 1, 2010), CEI party committee established leading group of "Donation for Poverty Alleviation". From 12 January to 18 January 2010, the group launched“Donation for Poverty Alleviation, 689 employees raising 100,456 RMB under the principle of voluntary donation and full participation.
