On the morning of 20 March 2011, Qingdao League Municipal Committee and Qingdao Urban and Rural Construction Committee hosted the "Approaching Fushan Mount, Green Qingdao, Making a Good Tomorrow" tree planting activity at the northern foot of Fushan Mount in Qingdao. 36 employees from Piping Department, Construction Department, and Party-masses department organized by CEI’s communist youth league, with other 800 volunteers, planted more than 1,000 trees. Qingdao TV Station, Qingdao Daily Group, Peninsula Metropolitan Newspaper and other media carried out follow-up reports on this event.
