Operating exclusively in Chad for a long time, N'Djamena Refinery is the first refinery in the country with annual processing capacity of 1Mt. CEI, general design institute, committed to the basis and detail design of 37 units of total 44 units. In August 2011, the Crude Distillation unit, Hydrogenation unit and matching systems succeeded in trial production successively.
