The project aimed to design an expanded refinery from 2.7Mt/a to 3.6Mt/a with capacity increment of 35% producing gasoline and diesel meeting Euro V. CEI was in charge of reviewing drawings and manufacturers’ documents, and providing supplemental and fresh design section. The project operates on a mode completely conforming international conventions and standards and in which English is defined as working language.
